Your store has profit leaks. Find them before next week.
Turn your sales CSV into an actionable profit audit. Spot orders losing money, unusually high shipping costs, thin margins, and incomplete cost records—without wrestling with another spreadsheet.
1. Analyze your sales

Or choose a file from your device. Nothing gets uploaded.
v0.5: recognizes eBay Seller Hub Orders report columns such as Order Number, Item Title, Custom Label, Sold For, Shipping And Handling. Also accepts the original SellerSignal format. eBay orders exports generally do not provide item costs, all fees, or label expenses; missing amounts are flagged rather than assumed to be zero. You can import a separate SellerSignal-formatted expense CSV, but not an official eBay Payments transaction report.
Ready for a sample or your own file.
2. Add costs & fees
First load sales orders, then match a separate expense CSV by Order Number and, where provided, SKU. Amounts must represent total costs for that order line, not per-unit costs.
Load sales orders first. Nothing is uploaded: both files are processed in this browser.
We only fill previously missing values. Unmatched rows, duplicate identifiers, invalid numbers and conflicting amounts are reported, not silently accepted. All costs must be nonnegative. This is a test importer, not an eBay Payments report importer.

*Net profit is shown only when required cost inputs are present. Estimates exclude overhead, subscriptions, taxes, and unprovided expenses. Missing buyer-paid shipping or sale prices also prevent profit calculations. Buyer-collected sales taxes should not be included in sales amounts. Review every flagged finding before taking action.
